Dean Rhodes
Practice Principal and Clinical Director
With 35 years of experience as a Physiotherapist, Dean is at the helm of our team, driven by a commitment to excellence. His career includes owning and running several private practices, as well as working with national sports teams and elite New Zealand athletes.
Dean discovered his passion for Aged Care and working with older adults 20 years ago. Since then, his commitment to the field has been extensive.
Whilst no longer practising as a Physiotherapist, his role is one of mentorship, clinical directorship and management
Dean has developed and implemented extensive Manual Handling Training Programs for leading retirement village operators nationwide. Additionally, he has worked as a Lead Auditor and Technical Expert for Enhancing Quality Services and Bureau Veritas, assessing Physiotherapists against Allied Health sector standards for certification. Dean has a passion for empowering his team to combine their expertise with a committed "patient centric" focused to treatment. He possesses an indepth knowledge of how physiotherapy treatment can support the challenges that accompany ageing.
Siobhan Taylor
Lead Physiotherapist
Siobhan is a dedicated Physiotherapist who graduated in 2017 and has since built an impressive eight-year career in Aged Care. Her expertise in enhancing mobility and improving quality of life for seniors makes her a vital asset to our team. With a compassionate approach and a commitment to patient-centred care, Siobhan is passionate about helping others achieve their rehab goals.
